About Adelphi

Adelphi Fine Chocolate was founded by Sarah Donovan in Christchurch, NZ. Sarah has more than 20 years experience in the chocolate industry. Honing her craft at Belle Fleur Chocolates under a third generation Belgian chocolatier in Sydney, Australia, where she worked for 10 years before returning to New Zealand in 2008. On her return she was the Head Chocolatier/Production Manager for She Chocolates, one of New Zealand’s largest boutique chocolate companies.

Adelphi Fine Chocolate has a diverse flavour portfolio of fresh, handcrafted chocolate truffles, from the traditional to contemporary.

Handmade with predominantly fair trade and organic quality chocolate and locally sourced ingredients. Adelphi Fine Chocolate specialise in luxurious chocolate truffles that melt in your mouth, whipped chocolate creams, ganache, caramels and pralines. All of which are entirely natural, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan options are also available. All chocolates are packed in responsible packaging.
